Peter Burg and Judy Goldhaft DRBU Special Lecture
Peter Burg is a leading speaker on "The Bioregional Basis for Urban Sustainability". He has talked about this topic as high up as the United Nations. So he came to our little corner of the universe and gave a really interesting lecture. And Judy performed her "Water Web" a interesting movement/dance, lecture on water. Here is a picture, from left to right-Peter, Myself, Dr. Akpinar (the president of DRBU), Judy, Heng Yin (girls school principal) and Heng...um...im not too good with names, and the nuns dont really speak with me. So here we are, photo-op!
Humboldt State University came To CTTB!

Students from Humboldt University in Northern California came for a weekend retreat at the CTTB this past week. It was a great experience for both groups to practice and study together. People from a wide variety of religions, ethnicities, and interests all came for this unique experience. Overall according to them, it went really well. Heres some pics!
My friend Edwin Came to my home Temple from Cali!
Here he is with my master and his disciple.
He also took pictures of our vast collection of building materials...

And here is a picture he took of all the volunteers, including my gong-fu Teacher, and my gong-fu brother, and the two novices. They did the dirtiest, disgusting job that they could do, cleaning out the grease trap. Good times im sure.

Some More pics and Stuff

Heres some more pics, the white peacock is really cool, i see him now and then, he lets me get real close. The middle picture is David, myself, and Patrick. Patrick trains martial arts in Minnesota and has a really interesting background, we all have good affinities with each other. And the last one is me trying to play this Chinese Orchestra Instrument, i stress the word try, because it is really hard but really fun. Good times here in California. Until next time!
