Mudgeeraba, what a great name.

Ive been in Mudgeeraba (prn. mud-jeer-ah-bah) At Gold Coast Dharma Realm Temple for 1 week about- It is really beautiful. I am really busy with lectures and the daily schedule, so i can come on the internet about once a week. The session is starting out great, everyone gets along fine and we are all sincerely here for a purpose. That purpose is to better understand the Buddhas teachings, and to deeply investigate the Shurangama Sutra. It is my opinion that in order to believe something to be true, you have to actually practice it, and actually understand just what "IT" is, otherwise we are all just like blind people leading other blind people, which is of no benefit to anyone. Just a thought. So that being said, -Take care-

I tried posting pics but it takes forever with the internet speed here. Might have to wait a couple of months... Ive got some really nice ones too. We went to a majestic waterfall on top of a mountain. We went to the coast...and even the place im staying at is like something out of a fantasy novel...All pretty much normal.

First day in Brisbane!

Hello everyone, i made it safe and sound but very sick. The plane ride was very turbulent and they gave me very unhealthy vegetarian food on the plane, oh well. I feel great now, and i have been wandering around Brisbane, its a very interesting city--kindof strange feeling though, i want to go to the temple in Mudgeeraba ASAP, so heres some pics and i will post again when i have internet.
