My Life at the Sagely City of Ten Thousand Buddhas

Hello my name is Kenny from Buffalo NY. I am currently enrolled at the Dharma Realm Buddhist University at the City of Ten Thousand Buddhas in Ukiah, California. The purpose of this Blog is to document my experience. My hope is to show the people I know and others, about what life is like attending a Buddhist University inside a Buddhist Temple, and how important it is to build bridges between the east and west, culturally and spiritually.

I am not posting when i am not at CTTB

Just to check in with whoever checks this page. I dont post here when i am not at CTTB because this blog is supposed to be about my experiences during school there. I am at home enjoying my summer vacation in Buffalo NY. I learn a lot from the two very different atmospheres. Visiting home is a chance to practice what i have learned, and learn more from friends and family. Its been very interesting so far...I start school in september.

I leave today for California, and school starts monday. I plan on making several entries per week to this blog once school is in full swing.
